1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

2 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Registration & Eligibility

Eligibility requirements — you must satisfy all of the following:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a resident of Bangladesh or are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is lawful.
• You are not currently self-excluded from ac67 or any affiliated platform.
• You have not previously had an ac67 account suspended or permanently closed for a breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party.
• You are not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of ac67 or any of its affiliated game providers.

ac67 enforces a strict one-account-per-player policy. Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) registered account only. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ac67 will close all associated accounts and, at its sole discretion, may confiscate any winnings or bonuses generated across those accounts.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any other person. ac67 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where such access resulted from your failure to secure your credentials.

4 Account Verification (KYC)

ac67 applies Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures in line with its commitment to fair play, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming standards. Verification may be requested at account registration, at the time of a player's first withdrawal request, or at any time at ac67's discretion.

Documents that may be requested include:

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

Third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may apply their own transaction fees in accordance with their respective terms of service.

Supported payment methods and processing times:

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used for the corresponding deposit. ac67 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts not registered in the Player's own name, or payment methods not previously used for a deposit on that account.

ac67 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving any withdrawal request. In cases where a Player has an outstanding wagering requirement on a bonus balance, the Real Money Balance may still be withdrawn separately, subject to the minimum withdrawal threshold.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

All promotions are governed by their individual terms, which are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all ac67 promotions:

• Each promotion is limited to one claim per eligible player, per household, and per payment method account number.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated after completing the applicable wagering requirement may be withdrawn, up to any stated maximum withdrawal cap.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.

• Promotional offers are available to players in Bangladesh only and are not available in jurisdictions where they are prohibited by applicable law.
• ac67 may amend the terms of any ongoing promotion, or withdraw a promotion entirely, at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via the Platform or by email.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on ac67 are subject to the rules of the specific game or market in question, as published within the relevant game interface or sports betting module. In all cases, the following general rules apply:

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the ac67 system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player.
• ac67 reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from a technical error, data feed failure, or human input error. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's account balance.
• For live (in-play) sports betting markets, bets are accepted subject to the live data feed being accurate and current. ac67 accepts no liability for bets placed on stale or delayed odds data where that delay resulted from factors outside ac67's reasonable control, including network connectivity issues on the Player's device.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ac67 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or using false or third-party identity information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical aid to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or circumvent Platform security measures.
• Colluding with other players in any game, including but not limited to live poker, live baccarat, or any peer-to-peer game format.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity manipulation in connection with markets available on ac67.
• Using the Platform to launder money or process proceeds of criminal activity in any form. ac67 complies with applicable anti-money laundering standards and will report suspicious activity accordingly.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to generate winnings beyond normal gameplay. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error must be reported to support immediately and are subject to reversal.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies that are specifically designed to exploit promotional offers or bonus terms rather than genuine recreational gameplay.
• Providing false information during registration, KYC verification, or in any communication with ac67 support staff.
• Accessing the Platform on behalf of or for the benefit of a third party, including as a proxy bettor.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the ac67 platform, including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software architecture, written content, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of ac67 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ac67 platform for personal, recreational gambling purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or publishing any part of the ac67 platform without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from any ac67 software or game engine.
• Using ac67 branding, logos, or trade dress in any context not expressly authorised by ac67 in writing.

• Losses resulting from a Player's decision to gamble, including losses incurred during normal gameplay outcomes that are the result of certified RNG-determined results.

ac67's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ac67's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

ac67 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Abuse of bonuses or promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational gameplay.
• At the Player's own request, including self-exclusion or voluntary account closure.
• Where continued operation of the account would pose a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to ac67.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, ac67 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach, the balance may be forfeited in full. Where an account is closed at the Player's request or for administrative reasons unrelated to misconduct, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within 5 business days.

14 Amendments to Terms

Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, or updates to reflect changes in applicable law — may be made without advance notice and will take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the ac67 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13 above.

15 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. ac67 operates as a safe and reliable platform and does not make representations regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction beyond what is publicly known.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and ac67, the Player is encouraged to contact our customer support team in the first instance. ac67 is committed to resolving disputes promptly, transparently, and fairly. Most disputes relating to transaction errors, game outcomes, or bonus eligibility can be resolved within 3 business days of a formal complaint being submitted.
